Moggill Markets Marmalade Challenge

On 15th August Moggill Markets conducted their first ever ‘Marmalade Challenge’ and what a challenge it was!
The competition sponsored by Phil Buck of Quarterdeck Organic Citrus attracted 24 entries over 3 categories.
Neville Coward, School of Hospitality Bremer Institute of TAFE and I had a tough job as judges given the high standard of entries.
After much deliberation and many spoonfuls later, winners were announced and trophies presented.
