Update: Moggill Road Upgrade fast-tracked

Following my representations to the Government last month, the Moggill Road upgrade has been fast-tracked.

Premier Anna Bligh wrote to me last week with the news that Main Roads has implemented a quicker construction method involving a new pavement design. Click Here to read Premier Bligh's letter.

There will also be additional Police Officers deployed to improve the flow of traffic during peak times.

I will continue to pressure the Government to get these road works completed as soon as possible.

Residents should not have to put up with the delays caused by these works for any longer than they have to.
