Pedestrian Barrier under consideration

The State government is considering a pedestrian barrier near the Kenmore State School, swimming pool, bus stop because of complaints in relation to pedestrians darting across Moggill Road at the roundabout. 

The attached map shows the precincts they are looking to possibly fence. 

Local residents will be familiar with such fencing which is evident near the Coles Supermarket entry and also at a number of other spots along Moggill Road including the centre median strip in Bellbowrie.
